Order Processing Times

Order processing times vary depending on where your order has been assigned to.
Online orders assigned to our retail stores across Australia, Denmark & Norway will be processed within 1-2 business days. Online orders assigned to our main warehouse in China require a long processing time of up to 10 business days.

 

In some instances, we are not able to foresee where an order may be assigned to ahead of you placing your order. As such, we kindly ask you to keep these processing times in mind.

 Please note that orders containing multiple items may split & be shipped from several difference locations depending on where the stock is located.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

We are not able to make amendments to orders once they have been placed. Please contact our customer care team hello@shopthecurated.net as soon as possible & we will do our best to cancel your order so long as your order has not been processed yet.

All product prices indicated & payments made on the American store are in USD currency. Conversion rates & fees will be dependent on your financial institution.

The Curated delivers globally using UPS at a cost of $25USD. Delivery can be expected within 3-7 business days.

Duties & Taxes - United States of America

The Curated has set up warehouses in its key markets to offer the best prices. In the EU, UK and Australia & NZ all custom charges, duties and other applicable taxes are pre-paid at check-out. However, customers shopping online from outside these regions may be required to pay further charges and taxes based on delivery country’s applicable laws and regulation. In this case, all duties & taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer & The Curated is not responsible for any further charges upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: under President Trumps administration, the United States has amended the import Duty & Tax, subsequently leading to consumers within the US incurring an increased fee on duties & taxes for international imports.

Whilst this is such a shame, sadly, the import policies within the United States are out of our control. As stipulated, The Curated is not responsible for duties & taxes, and they customer is required to cover this expense when shopping online.

We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your shipment. The Curated has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Customers who refuse a shipment from The Curated are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

Deliveries into the US may be subject to customs clearance where the receiver will be asked to provide their Social Security Number for identification purposes. This is determined by US customs officials and beyond our control.

Pre Order

Styles available for pre-order allow you to purchase the product ahead of production to guarantee your purchase before it sells out. At the time of placing a pre-order, you will be required to pay the full RPP. As stipulated on the product page, pre-order products are subject to different dispatch times with delivery times subject to change. Our Customer Care team will reach out directly, if your pre-order is impacted by any unprecedented delays. Please note that our standard returns policy applies to pre-orders.
