Where is the returns point?

We currently have a returns point in Chicago. All orders placed via https://shopthecurated.net must be returned to this returns address.

I would like to exchange an item

Due to our products selling out fast, we are no longer able to provide exchanges. Please return your item(s) for a credit and you can place a new order for the correct item. With the store credit option, the return fee is waived. To commence the return, please submit your return request via our online portal.

If you are located in the US, you will be charged a $15 USD return fee and for Canada you will be charged a $20 USD return fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount. We do not refund original shipping charges (US & Canada) or taxes & duties (US & Canada).

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear your account, depending on your financial institution. Any items that have signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.

I have received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?

The Curated is committed to providing high quality pieces. We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty item or the incorrect item! Please submit a return request and our customer care team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Our team will inspect each return and items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty

Return During Holiday

For all orders placed for Christmas before the 25th of December come with an extended return window for Store Credit only or in store exchanges by January 7th. Please note we do not offer full refunds for items that exceed our standard return window.

Can I return discounted items?

Items purchased with discount are deemed final sale and cannot be processed for a return, exchange or credit.However, sale items can be only exchanged in our physical stores within 14 working days. 

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The Curated AS and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Repeated Returns

We carefully monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. This may lead to the closure of your account with The Curated AS and any future orders will be cancelled.

If you need to change the size or colour of an item, please return the products and make a new purchase.
