If you are located in the US, you will be charged a $15 USD return fee and for Canada you will be charged a $20 USD return fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount. We do not refund original shipping charges(US & Canada) or taxes & duties (Canada). Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear your account, depending on your financial institution. Any items that have signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.
The Curated is committed to providing high quality pieces. We’re so sorry if you have received a faulty item or the incorrect item! Please submit a return request and our customer care team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

 

Our team will inspect each return and items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty

Items purchased with discount are deemed final sale and cannot be processed for a return, exchange or credit.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of The Curated AS and may only be refunded as a store credit.
We carefully monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged. This may lead to the closure of your account with The Curated AS and any future orders will be cancelled.

We are currently unable to provide exchanges. You may return your item/s for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
